First Baptist Church of Jacksonville Team Two arrived one day after Team One headed home. There was only one day break between the two projects. Thank you to our Honduran staff who went back to the island with Team two to continue the construction of the church on Amapala. Thank you goes to Orfilio, Jose, Pastor G, Pastor Carlos, Egla and Maida. Orfilio, Pastor G and Pastor Carlos met us at the island with fresh linens and more food for the week along with some more building materials. The team eagerly assisted unloading the truck to place the items on to a boat to head across for the next five days of serving the Lord through the construction of the church. Thank you all who came to continue God's work on the island of Amapala. This will be the first Protestant church on the island.
