Mark was a first time team leader who came on board with a prepared team ready to serve. Mark is a team leader who does not mind asking questions and learning from the answers how to do his best for his team in Honduras. He was an encourager for his team and worked very hard beside everyone. There was not a task Mark would not do for the team or the family. It was obvious by how they worked together in unity because they came into Tegus airport as a family even though there was four new people which some of the team did not know prior to signing up for their mission trip. This is why it is so important to plan out at least six months and get to know one another and learn each other. So once you all arrive it will be a smooth week as was for this group of people. Job well done Mark. Thank you for all your hard work.
