As Jake shared on several occasions what a beautiful place this. What a beautiful day God has given us. Let me share with you the three gentlemen never left Mt. Horeb until Sunday morning to go to church. They all three shared how content they were getting up each day to cook a delicious breakfast for their team members and to enjoy the quietness of the morning while they listened to the birds sing and the roosters crow. What a blessing this place is. Every day is pretty much the same. They got up to making two pots of coffee to enjoy on the front porch then proceeded to cooking their breakfast which the Honduran staff was very grateful to have each morning. They got their water bottles and headed up the hill to start another day of serving the Lord. Pastor Randy shared one day he was not sure what day we were on. It was such a blessing to disconnect for a little while and enjoy God's beauty. Our staff continued their daily routine as they went to the garden to pick their okra and peas. Every day on Mt. Horeb is a beautiful day. It is good sometimes to just be still and be in His Presence.
He says, "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."
