Kristen enjoyed watching Vilma daily working in her kitchen. Vilma showed her some tidbits on how to cook Honduran style. Kristen truly loves beans and tortillas. Her favorite meal for breakfast and supper is Rosa's chicken and rice. One afternoon she asked Rosa how to make her chicken and rice. Rosa graciously shared what she did to make this most delicious dish. How much Kristen asked of this and that to you put into it? Rosa says with a smile, "I don't know." She just cooks it up and it is so delicious. Looking forward to hearing how Kristen does with her chicken and rice. Thank you Kristen for taking extra time with the ladies of Honduras.
