Two more brothers in Christ

This blog would not be complete unless we shared the most important activity which took place this week.  Our bus driver, Jose,  is so much more than our bus driver.  He is our evangelical angel.  He loves to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with everyone.  He helps with construction teams by mixing the mescal.  He does not let a day go by he is asking each man he works beside what is his relationship with Jesus Christ.  Jose is amazing and how beautifully and naturally he shares the gospel of Jesus Christ.  This week he adventured across the street to the home of Esteban age 84 and Jose age 76.  They had a common bond, agriculture.  Jose shared about his back ground in agriculture and his new friends started talking about all they knew about the topic.  They became new found friends rather quickly.  Jose said it was like they had known each other their entire life.  Once the ice was broken he asked them the most important question of all, did they know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.  They both said no.  Jose shared the plan of salvation with them but nothing happened.  So I prayed along with Jose these two gentlemen would accept Christ.  The next day he went back and carried some tracks and two bibles as well.  This day they ask Jesus Christ to be their Savior and Lord.  I along with everyone else was grateful Jose persevered and did not give up on these two gentlemen.  There time here is limited and I am grateful Jose took his time to go and seek them out.
Also going to the job site one day, the team was stopped at a police check point.  The policeman asked why are they going down this dirt road everyday.  Jose explained what they were doing.  The policeman asked Jose could he have a bible.  Jose took three bibles on the fourth day of the construction and as he does so well shared the gospel.
If you are reading this today and do not know or even have a close and personal relationship with our Lord, Jesus, please prayerfully consider your eternal life and where you will be spending it.  Life is too short to put off the most beautiful and free gift ever, Jesus.  I pray for anyone out there who needs Jesus to be their Lord and Savior.  Tomorrow may be too late.

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life."
John 3:16
