Most of broke away at 11 o'clock for serious game of baseball. We numbered off into two teams, team one and team two. We had way too much fun and taught a couple of new friends how to play baseball. Wuilmer suggested they move home base back some in case his ball goes over the fence into the road. Well what do you guess happened, Wuilmer gets up to bat and hits it over the fence. So off goes Rudys on his bike out to the dirt road to find the baseball. Wuilmer got the first home run with his first time at bat!!!! Go Wuilmer!!!! Then Selvin gets up to bat and has never hit the ball before. After a while we figured out he was left handed so he switched up and batted left handed and then later on in the game he switched back to right handed hitting. Selvin got on base one time during the game and after many tries Alexis got on base as well. The North Americans did very well and both teams had such a great time. I am not sure which team won but they all had a lot of fun.
This was a great Mt. Horeb Day!!!!
