Kay was assigned water specialists. She took her job seriously. On the first day the ladies were over watching tortillas being made, me included. We had been there a while and I thought the guys needed their water. I looked over at the water coolers and Kay was on it. She left the kitchen and went to refuel our Honduran brothers and her team members. That was one of my God moments that day. Kay took her job seriously and her team members stayed hydrated the entire week. Job well done Kay!!!!
