This team was our first diverse group. There was several North Americans, one young lady from India and a couple from the Philippines. Well, the entire group Hondurans included wanted, Debby, the Indian lady, to prepare a dish from her native country of India. We gave Rosa the evening off and Debby, Steve and his lovely wife Victoria and Marchele, who wanted to learn how to cook Indian food ,prepared the most delicious Indian cuisine. Rosa was curious so we saved her a plate to eat the next day. It took Debby and team about one hour and a half to prepare the meal. It took the group about fifteen minutes to enjoy their delicacy that evening. Debby, thank you for preparing all those scrumptious dishes.
