God blessed everyone this week with many special new friends and memories which will last for many years to come. This folks will never forget their North American friends who were the hands and feet of Jesus Christ in building a home. But they also took the time to build relationships. Valerie seemed to be loved by all who met and had this winning personality. Emerson was a hard worker per Anita. He was always willing to help where needed. He sifted sand daily and carried buckets of mescal where needed. Eddie stood back and observed a job well done this with along beside Ravelle. Emerson is only 11 years old and is learning in his church to put others before himself with a servant's heart. Ravelle was loved by everyone. Josh got the privilege to speak with Ravelle on the last day before this week was to come to an end. Josh shared he definitely got out of his comfort zone but he felt God tugging at this heart to reach out to Ravelle. Come to find out they had quiet a bit in common. They both were happily married and had two daughters. There daughters age difference was very similar. Also they both agreed their daughters had them wrapped around their little fingers. Josh ask was there any thing he could pray with Ravelle about. Ravelle is without work now because of some health issues. Josh stood there and lifted up his new friend Rafelle in prayer to the Lord. Josh shared this was a first for him and he was so glad he listened to the Lord and was obedient. Anita and Pastor Neal enjoyed the children one last time as they all came wearing their crosses and necklaces they received in their mini VBS.
All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey the LORD your God:
Deuteronomy 28:2
