On the second day the team did not have the usual sandwich and chips. Digno and Esmaira served them a seafood luncheon. On their plates came a "slow" fried fish, fried banana chips, chismo and tortillas. Of course she brought out a ice cold cup of coke.
On the last day they celebrated with a bowl of seafood soup which consisted of shrimp, crabs, fish, juca, potatos and carrots. Digno and Esmaira gave their best to say thank you for what the North Americans did for them. Once again this is a true meaning of hospitality. And all God's people said, "Amen"
