We have two blessings who live with us and protect us on a daily basis. They are free entertainment and they do not even know it. Mike's baby is Lassie and her friend Oso. Oso is not the friendly type most of the time. But Caleb walked by one morning and I looked over to Caleb rubbing his head. Oso actually allowed Caleb to do this which is most unusual. Then we have the social butterfly Lassie. She entertains and loves everyone especially her Daddy, Mike. We are so blessed even with our four legged staff friends.
Each morning the team climb up the hill or down the hill surrounded by the green lush grounds of Mt. Horeb. Rainy season came early this year and has everything growing green. The rock is finally getting green again after the fire we had earlier this year. We are so blessed with mountains all around us which sometimes provides a nice breeze . Thank you God for your provisions daily.
As I said she loves her Daddy and follows him wherever he goes on foot or in the truck. She makes her way up to the porch each and everyday to get her rubs and love from her new friends. After a team leaves Lassie does not know quiet what to do with her self. But she quickly gets back in our routine until the next team comes and she gets to love yet another group of folks who we call our friends.
