Mike and Ron, long time friends stood there discussing the week ahead. First of all how everything will flow throughout the week. The team was surrounded by God's beautiful creation. Gordon made a comment of all the times he has been here he has never seen it so green and lush as it is this year. Everyone worked so hard the first two days. People come from all around to watch and work beside Walter and Denslie. Lizzy shared how it is so beautiful to come here and witness the sense of community and how everyone helps out a neighbor or a friend. Ron said we need to do more of this back home. And Ken shared he agreed we need to be the hands and feet of Jesus wherever we go.
Ken is a construction worker by trade so we appreciate you coming Ken and being flexible and building this home the Honduran way and not the North American way. It has to be a hard task to do your trade a different way for five days. God was good by working through you this week.
