Our favorite breakfast meal is baledas. It is a soft shell with your choice of fillings. You can have eggs, bacon, re fried beans and creama. Also some of us will put our crispy bacon inside of it. This is a special treat for us to get to have this once in a while. Thank you Chris, Barry and Mike for cooking us a delicious breakfast. Ana and Lauren cooked up another great breakfast with pancakes and bacon. They topped it off with coffee and orange juice. Each morning at five three folks were in the kitchen preparing some amazing breakfasts to get us physically ready for our day.
Saturday night was a double blessing. We had iguana soup and some visitors. We had a visit from two of the policemen from the police check point. They were both named Eddie. The older Eddie age 24 has wife and four month old baby. They came by to enjoy a bowl of soup with the team. I am not quiet sure what got the boys giggle box turned over but it was something special I am sure. Oh I remember now, read about it on the blog of the basketball game. God has a great sense of humor.
