Bryan was asked by team leader, Mark if he would pray God's blessings over the first block. This is exactly what Bryan shared which was words of sincere gratitude for allowing them to come here and serve our Lord beside Juan and Ava. He prayed this would be a home where Jesus' love would radiate throughout this neighborhood. Christian hospitality would come out from this home so others could see Jesus. What a very special moment of the day for so many of us. This was several God moments that evening as the team shared the laying on of hands with one another to join the family on such a huge blessing, a new home. There is a lot of sweat equity that follows this prayer. There is a lot of sweat period that follows the prayer. The people who have never laid the first concrete block will turn around 800 blocks, two windows and two doors in five days. All because this is what God has called each of them to do. It becomes so much more after the first prayer it is a journey of changed lives and hopefully changed hearts. Hopefully this prayer will demonstrate the beauty and love of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Prayerfully today if you are reading this and do not know this Jesus we give the glory to on this first block, His Father who sacrificed Him for those who believe in HIM and live their lives for HIM I pray you will receive the greatest gift of all JESUS.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:16
