Sunday Breakfast

The team got up early on Sunday morning to cook a huge breakfast.  We had  some new timers who were learning how to cook breakfast as well as make tortillas. This is precious to me to see young people willing to take their spring break and come here to  help others and each other.  They cooked bacon, eggs and pancakes.  Let me share about the eggs.  We have been working diligently for the last year on our hens laying more than seven to ten eggs a day.  Recently the hens started laying twenty eggs a day.  We told Pastor Carlos this team from Campbell University Medical School had twenty people on their team and this is not including our staff who live here as well.  Pastor Carlos said this was not enough to feed everyone.  Well two days later the hens laid thirty eggs.  A few days later and until the team left the hens were producing forty two eggs a day.  Folks God had this.  We just need to exercise our faith Matt preached on Sunday.  Those little ladies provided us enough eggs each day the team was here. After the team left they went back to laying thirty per day and one day was twenty five.  God is good all the time.  God provided our needs exactly when we needed it.
