The day has arrived. It is a bittersweet day for our friends from North Carolina and our Honduran friends as well. These folks have become family in four short days. They sweated together, they mixed mescal together, they cut just enough blocks for the channel as they laid the rest of the blocks on this house which has now become a beautiful home filled with the love of Jesus in every way. Thank you to Darryl and David who volunteered to help Pastor Carlos put up the tin to completion. Thank you Donald, Don, Pastor Hampton, Pastor Dudley, Jeffrey, Telfar and Dana for making sure the tin was placed up to their friends in a timely fashion. All had a joint effort in completing the home. The ladies were busy sharing the gospel with salvation bracelets and picking up the trash around the property. Everyone was always busy doing something in the name of Jesus.
One evening Donald shared out of Isaiah 55 about watering the field and how as they finish this project knowing Pastor Darwin has done so much in four years by flourishing his community with God's word and encouragement. Now Pastor Darwin is being blessed because of his obedience to sharing the gospel with his community. Now his church family can continue to flourish as we saw it flourishing while working beside Pastor Darwin and his flock. Robin shared how Martinez was asked was Pastor Darwin his brother, no he is my pastor. How the people love Pastor Darwin in Pierra de Agua community. So Donald was correct in saying how this community will continue to flourish because God is at the center of it.
