The time has come where all good things must come to an end. There was lasting memories made at El Limonal this past week. There was lasting relationships built amongst the Hondurans and the North Americans. But most importantly amongst this amazing team of young people. We all gathered around the home as eyes started filling up with tears of joy for Eufemia. Pastor Larry shared with her as on the first day we prayed over her first block, the cornerstone, today we are all going to pray over this house which has now become a home. This is a home where you will be a light for your community. Your home will radiate the love of Jesus as each and every person walks into it. Pastor Larry shared as he gave her the key to her home this home will be safe from the bad in this world and will keep her warm and dry as the rainy seasons come and go. She gripped tightly to God's Word as he handed her the Bible. She held it close to her heart. Pastor Larry had everyone gather around the home and lay hands over it as well seal this home to completion with a closing prayer of dedication. Throughout the dedication Pastor Larry shared several scripture passages of encouragement to Eufemia and her life ahead. For once in her life she has hope that transcends all her understanding. As she unlocked her new home and entered it she invited us all to come and fellowship with her. The team gathered around her and sang "Blessed Assurance" for her and loved her one more time.
