This particular team got to enjoy all but one evening without power on Monte De Horeb. Mostly due to thunderstorms and electrical storms. But there was a couple of evenings where we got to enjoy God's sunsets. Now that we have our tilapia pond the sunsets this time of the year are breathtaking to say the least. What a peaceful way to end a hard work day in the scorching heat but to baste in the presence of our Lord and His Creation. Now for good old fashion entertainment lets head on over to the sports center. There is a basketball court, a volleyball court with real beach sand or a soccer field which is still in the works. On Sunday afternoon after church and lunch the team headed over after a rain shower to play an awesome game of Volleyball. Both teams were extremely competitive and very good at Volleyball. It also did not hurt that the rain showers dropped the temperatures quiet a bit as well. The beach sand was cool and very wet which made for a real nasty game of Volleyball. Lassie, Duke and Ratone along with Sandy Mike, Ginger and Morgan were the cheerleaders for both sides. Thank you God for all your provisions on Monte De Horeb where teams can come together and grow spiritually whether it is on the multi-purpose porch during devotionals, porch of the pulperia de Monte De Horeb or the Volleyball court. It is like someone shared one evening if your heart has not been changed or you do not leave here a changed person you may want to check your heart condition. Honduras is a beautiful place where you definitely can grow spiritually in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
