Roof Goes Up

The last day arrived very quickly for this team as it was time for Sr. Domingo's roof to go up.  Casey and Brennan were the chosen ones to make this house into a home.  Mike and Pastor Carlos got them started and they quickly knew what their job was for making this house a home.  While Rick and Brian were passing up the tin, Garrett found a different job to do.  The very first piece of tin was filthy dirty.  So he got a piece of concrete bag and some water and started scrubbing the dirt and debris off the tin piece. Yenifer saw what Garrett was doing and got a broom to sweep off the debris so Garrett could clean it much better.  These two worked well together with their language barrier.  God is like that you know.  There is not a language barrier when you are about your Father's business. Yenifer, our new sister in Christ had a beautiful type of joy on her face this last day of the project compared to the first day of the project, she now has Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.  He lives within her heart and is outpouring from her being as she sweeps that piece of tin for her Heavenly Father first and then for her grandfather and grandmother.   Thank you God for Sandy who took the time and allowed God to use her to share the greatest gift of all Jesus.  The whole reason this team was here in this place this week was for Sandy to share Jesus Christ with Yenifer.  If this team had said no or Mike and Ginger had said later for this project Yenifer would not have the true JOY of Jesus Christ in her life today.  If God is talking to you about sharing is love and greatest gift of all to anyone, a family member, a coworker, a complete stranger please do not hesitate, DO IT.  This could be rather they go to Heaven or to Hell.  Don't say I can't do it because you are so right you can't do it but God can use you as HIS instrument to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with someone who needs eternal life.  If you are a believer today and are reading this someone shared Jesus with you one day so it is our responsibility as believers in Jesus Christ to go and bring the lost to Christ.  Amen y amen.
