On about the second or third day there was a small break where a few of them did not have anything to do. Claudia, Virginia's daughter was over in the kitchen making tortillas. Rachel was sitting with Mike and I talking and Mike suggested for her to go over and watch and learn how to make them. Rachel was determined to get this right. Claudia, patiently worked with Rachel to show her exactly how it was done. Rachel listened intently and followed Claudia's lead and off she went making tortillas for the morning snack for the workers. There was a couple of friends who came over to observe and did a taste test to make sure Rachel did a good job. Rachel enjoyed learning and working beside Claudia and the ladies in the kitchen. Well done good and faithful servant.
