One of the locals from Pavana works with us as a as needed basis. He and his wife are rising their grandson Diego. Diego comes to visit sometimes to get help with his English he is taking in school. He had to write who is best friend was on a worksheet last week and he said MIKE. The next question is "What do you and Mike like to do?" Immediately he spoke up and said play baseball. Every time we have a game of baseball we get word to Diego and his family we are playing. The young people fell in love with him and allowed him several homeruns. But he also had to hit the ball to get on base. Diego has become quiet the baseball player and we have been forever blessed with him in our lives. The young people cheered him on as he ran by each base until he hit home plate. Everyone gave him high fives as he went by with his great big smile that would make any one smile.
