This was our very first time to celebrate the fourth of July in Honduras. We grilled hot dogs, made North American cole slaw, baked beans, chips, pickles and peach cobbler for dessert. Carol brought some fourth of July plates and Katie had her some special glasses where the three men in charge ended up with. We had fun grilling and sitting around on the back porch sharing about the week and as always how quickly time passes us by. This was a very special time had by all. It was such a joy to be able to do this for this team. This is always their week to come to Honduras so very rarely are they home for the fourth of July. So we brought the fourth of July to them this year.
