The team was blessed to play two baseball games. Well almost the entire team. Our two Scotts got injured back to back in the first inning of the game. But no worries Jose gave them a complete round of physical therapy and massage with some very potent muscle cream. Jose had just arrived from home exhausted as he shared upon arriving. Thirty minutes into the game these two gentlemen got injured and Jose immediately went and retrieved his cream and humbly went right to work.
We continued playing baseball with some new friends from the area, named Naun and Naun. Yes we had two Nauns playing baseball for the first time. They both got on base immediately and I believe came on in to home plate. Our Honduran friends learn very quickly how to play baseball but we finally figured out why, cutting weeds and grass with a majetta. Their eye and are coordination are excellent. Words cannot describe how much fun we all had those two afternoons. Thank you God for such a blessing.
