Preparing for the first block

This group of North Americans came in willing and ready to learn how to build this home of 800 blocks and 50 bags of cement.  One team member, Jake, shared when he saw all the material there awaiting their arrival, he said how are we going to do this in five days.  God had a plan and His plan always succeed.  At the end of the first day Jake said, "Wow, we did it all because of our obedience to Jesus Christ.  It takes about an hour to get ready for the first block.  Each cornerstone has to be put into place and the mortar(mescla) has to be mixed.  Also while all this is going on  someone is cutting the blocks, thanks Tim, job well done.  It takes the entire team working together to get ready for the first block.  Pastor G pulled Esmaira over to see where she wanted her doors for her new home.  As Pastor G marked the spot with a red pencil, Esmaira stood back with a huge smile upon her face.  This was one step closer to her receiving her new home.  God is good all the time.

"See I lay a stone in Zion,
a chosen and precious cornerstone,
and the one who trusts in Him,
will never be put to shame.
1 Peter 2:6
