VBS, Testimonies and Worship

The week was full of praise and worship.  Ashley, Betty Lynn, Drew, Daryl and Chuck lead the children in VBS three days.  There was other team members who joined them as well.  Also Chuck, Daryl, Ashley and Meida adventured out into the community to seek the lost.  They came across a fellow who was not a Christian but was very gracious to sit and listen to God's story of salvation.  The team planted seeds and hopefully this gentleman will seek Christ as his Lord and Savior before it is too late.  We enjoyed more than testimonies by Jason, Betty Lynn, Chuck and Alan.  These folks did more than share their testimonies they shared how mighty and powerful our God is which we serve.  This felt like a day of revival .  Thank you Mike, Betty Lynn, Chuck, Ashley and Drew for singing "Because He Lives".  First the Hondurans sang it in Spanish and then the North Americans sang it in English.  Same song with the same meaning just a different language.  One day when we are all in Heaven together there will be only one language, AMEN.  There will not be any more language barriers.  We will all be unified with our Father in Heaven.  Please pray with us if you know any one out there who does not know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.  Who does not have a personal relationship with Jesus.  This is the most important decision we will ever make in our life time.
Closing on Sunday Daryl shared God's word and encouraged us all to reach out to God and serve Him with our lives.  This was a lovely week of worship with our Honduran brothers and sisters in Christ.  Once again thank you God for not only bringing a construction team to build a home but people who are hungry for sharing the gospel and planting seeds for those who are lost.  We are seeing more construction teams coming wanting to spread the gospel while building homes.  God is good all the time.
