One morning we were very blessed with a most scrumptious Honduran breakfast. Aleyda, dentist, Meida, translator and Maria, our other translator got up at five o'clock to cook this team an amazing breakfast. The dish is called baledias. They are a soft shell which you may add scrabbled eggs, creama and re fried beans. This is a favorite dish in Honduras which we all love to have from time to time. Thank you ladies for a job well done. We caught Jose in the kitchen assisting the ladies or I might say supervising them. Thank you Jose for your part in breakfast.
