Kim you did an amazing job sharing Jesus in VBS. She did several different activities including skits which the children could participate in. All the adults participated in the first skit about building up the walls of Jericho. She had the children walk around the adults seven times and then all the adults went to the ground and there in the middle was their coloring sheet. While they were coloring Kim shared about the story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abendnego being put into the fire. But how their obedience to God saved their lives. They did not even get singed. Steve played an amazing part of King Nebuchadnezzar as he told them in Spanish to go to the fire. The children two by two went to towards the pretend fire and this cute little angel in the green shirt helped save them from the fire. Finally King Nebuchadnezzar bowed down to the true God, the only God who can save us.
Also on day two of VBS Kim led a great skit with David and Goliath. Meida of course helped translate both days as the children were able to live out the Bible stories. Once again Steve did an amazing job being Goliath. Thank you Kim, Erica and Steve for making joy come alive for these children.
