Ana once again served the workers a most delicious pot of chicken soup. Mike and I came out to help with the gables and got doubled blessed. Mike got blessed with a lot of help on the gables. For lunch God blessed us all with a big bowl of chicken soup. Ana is quiet the chief and does it with love in her heart. It does my heart good to see our staff sharing in fun and fellowship while enjoying their bowl of soup. Ana works as a housekeeper for a family in Choluteca and her husband is disabled and not able to work. So Ana has saved her money for weeks to help provide a little more than beans and rice all week to the workers. She was most generous with her lunches each day. We are grateful to see how true generosity is carried out in the Honduran culture. How they live out the Bible daily in the way they treat others and simply live out their lives amongst each other.
