Team leader John brought a 20 year old friend from a church he attended well 20 years ago. They connected then because of their military background and continued their friendship for the last 20 years. Team leader John reached out to John Dos to see if he would like to come to Honduras with him and share the love of Jesus with the people of Honduras. John Dos prayed over it and said yes. They reconnected as old friends do and work side by side this week helping Yobani make those 800 blocks become a home. Their friendship has deep roots and it was nice to see these two military guys get together to do different work together, work that glorifies their Lord and Savior. John Dos was a man of few words but when he spoke he spoke volumes. John Dos had the devotional for Father's Day and ask us to share a fond memory of our fathers this day. It was sweet hearing background of how we all became who we are by our earthly fathers but mostly by our Heavenly Father which is our true Father figure here on earth and for eternity. God's love endures forever and forever we just glorify our Heavenly Father with our daily lives.
