Loading Up

While the ladies were busy making sandwiches and Gatorade down the bottom of the hill the gentlemen loading the truck daily.  Everyone pitched in to get the job done.   Mike never had to wait for someone to show up, they were normally waiting on him. Eddie was able to repair the block saw for Mike and cut block for him all week on the job site.  John was able to fix one of our lawnmowers for Mike.  This guys came on board ready to serve wherever they were needed.  They all used their gifts from God to help better the ministry here at Mount Horeb.  It takes us all to make this ministry run smoothly.  Russ and Scott were our quiet and willing servants who jumped in and you did not even know they were there.  This group of men worked hard for their God first and then their team leader, Ray.  Ray lead by example and it showed throughout this entire week. Also team member John shared in the second night of devotional how we cannot serve Him well unless we are grounded in His Word.  We need to know His Word in our hearts and in our actions.  We were challenged to find time to read God's Word daily in Honduras and once we get back home.  Take time for the most important food you could ever digest into your being, God's Word.
