Our first Sunday we decided to have breakfast which was North American pancakes which our Honduran staff loved. After Mike and Rodd fixed our breakfast and we ate we moved out to the front porch to have worship service. Joel led the worship service. He shared how coming to Honduras will change your life if you come with an open and willing heart. We think when we come to Honduras we are bringing the good news of Jesus to these beautiful folks of Honduras but Jesus is already here. If we do not come and serve who will. We come together with the Hondurans as one in Christ even with the language barrier and there is unity because of our common bond, Jesus. We can only do this through the Holy Spirit which dwells within us. There is not unity unless Jesus is at the center of your being. Out of John 17 it says we are to be one.
This was a beautiful day of worship on Mt. Horeb. Thanks be to God for all His blessings today and everyday.
appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought.
