Praying Again As a Community

I shared earlier we pray a lot.  We arrived to our little piece of heaven called El Porvenir, Las Cabasas, Choluteca, Honduras.  The team got out of the vehicles being greeting by our sweet brothers and sisters with hugs and smiles.  Mike welcomed and did the introduction and turned it over to team leader, Pastor Dudley.  Pastor Dudley thanked them for having his team join beside them to build Wilmer, Cristine, Dayani, Saul, Aron, Analia, new baby and Cristine's mother a home.  Pastor Dudley introduced each team member.  We were blessed to have the new pastor join us from their church.  He thanked God for this team to be able to come and help this family receive a home. He read out of Psalm 127 about God being the builder of the home.  Wuilmer shared how grateful he was for each person there from North America and from his community and church family.  Wuilmer and Cristine are very loved by family and friends from their community as on the first day there were many folks there to pray up the beginning of an amazing week.  This moment was one of the God moments of the week.  The team shared several times this week how we as North Americans are missing the beauty of community.  They even shared how we need to try this back home.  We need to step forward and help our friends and neighbors whenever we can.  Great stuff was taking place for this team this week and being more of a community is another thought they took home with them.

From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.
Ephesians 4:16
