We come to bless others but in turn we get blessed double fold. Each day these North Americans got a hot meal for lunch in the cafeteria of the police check point. They were served several days by the Chief himself if he was around. The Chief served fresh cold cokes with each meal. The police gave these guys there very best. One day was fried chicken with rice and potato salad, one day was enchailadas, one day was a type of steak with rice and tortillas and each day each hot meal was done out of love and gratitude for their service to the policemen and policewomen who serve the country of Honduras. We never went hungry while there working each day. Sometimes they would bring hot coffee and pastries for an afternoon snack. We were all definitely treated very special while serving our Lord. We were the ones blessed this week.
