Breakfast Time

Each morning Pastor Paul and Bob got up early to prepare breakfast for their team with the help of Ingrid and Lassie.  Lassie enjoys her new friend Ingrid.  She greets her each morning with a wagging tail and excitement in her steps.  Ingrid in turns loves Lassie right back  Lassie follows her to the back porch to help light up the fire for the oven where she eagerly awaits for Ingrid to throw her the first ball of tortilla dough!  Yes Lassie loves tortilla dough and loves Ingrid too.

Breakfast would not be complete without one morning of beleda for breakfast.  Well Ingrid also knows how to make the best beleda shell every.  So we had fresh beleda shells and they were so delicious.  No, we did not share this raw dough with Lassie, this was a special treat for all of us, sorry Lassie not this time.  Mike instructed Pastor Paul on exactly how the refried beans needed to be cooked.  One thing about Pastor Paul cooking breakfast each morning it was a joy for him.  He enjoyed being in the kitchen and preparing breakfast to please others desires of special orders too.  It was a blessing to watch Pastor Paul enjoy himself each

morning with all his many recipes and specialties.  He was grateful for Bob who cooked the bacon every morning for him, nice and crispy I must add.  Bob's bacon was the best!!!  Well next to Mike's of course.

Buen provecho!!!!!  Everyone enjoyed this special breakfast.  Martha ate three along with the rest of us.  There was only three shells left out of forty shells.  Everyone was blessed and full this morning before heading off to try to get some work done.  Rudy said he was almost too full to work, just joking of course. Rudy always works so very hard but it was hard this day after such a huge feast for the start of our day.  God is good all the time and all the time God is good.
