After the cornerstones had been put up and the first batch of mortar mixed we gathered the family around one of the cornerstones to lay their hands on their first block of their new home. Pastor Tom led the prayer over the first block as Meida translated for her Honduran people. Little Juanita did not want to do this at first but finally found her a spot where she placed her tiny fingers. At this time all this North Americans were strangers to her but they was only short lived. By lunch time they were all family in Christ.
