It was a true blessing to work beside Pastor Neal this week as well as simply just sitting and chatting with him. He is a pastor who leads by example. Pastor Neal is a "servant" pastor who does whatever it takes for his team and others. At VBS one day he said I came so the ladies would have a male body present and he also did everything he could to help the ladies with the crafts, the outside activities with Kristine and encouraging the children with his godly actions. There was not a job on the construction site he did not do. He led by example with his genuineness and love for others. The team was blessed with his words of reflection at the end of each and every devotion. My favorite reflection of his week was when he begged the men of the group to weep, weep about their week and their experience. The men of the church need to take time to weep and feel their week spiritually, physically and emotionally. It is okay to cry he told the men of his flock. What a profound statement for Christian men of all walks of life to hear. Gentlemen reading this today when was the last time you had a good spirit filled cry with your Lord and Savior? Thank you Pastor Neal for leading by example in all your walks of life.
