This project was different in so many ways!!!! The team came to build the police chief a cottage next to the uncompleted bathrooms we were still trying to finish since June. Mike needed to build a pump house next to the cottage which required leveled cornerstones along side the leveling of the cornerstones of the house. During this process they came across a smile problem in the center of the foundation of the pump house. A nice huge very stubborn tree trunk which needed to go. Mike and Cristobal started working on it then along came Pastor Carlos. We sent Derek back to ministry campus to get the chain saw to see if we could minimize the size of the tree trunk level with the ground. After about one hour of digging and cutting which Pastor Paul then came on board to help get it level they got the results they needed. Everyone put forth a strong effort and a lot of back bone to get rid of the tree trunk so they could continue with the pump house. While all this was going and they were taking turns working on the tree trunk the four corners of the cottage started going up as well. Pastor Paul, Bob and Pastor Carlos worked together along with Mike to get this task completed. Jacob stood by also learning a new way to level a home. Jacob was always willing to learn and try his best to help wherever he was needed.
