Home Dedication

What an amazing week!!!!  Pastor Randy, his wife Karen, two daughters Addison and Payton, Sunny, Danielle and her son Carson and Rebecca and her son Nick came to Honduras to bless a family who they quickly came to love.  They saw the love of family in this little piece of heaven.  This was an unusual project where they were not in a village but off a main road.  But once you got back under those mango trees you never knew a main road was out there.  Pastor Randy was blessed to spend time with Pastor Ramon and share their lives together.  It was just simply a humbling week and after a lot of hard work, sweat, even a breeze, all week, and great fellowship  those 800 blocks and 52 bags of cement turned out to be quiet a beautiful home.  Thank you God for allowing this to take place this week and at this time. God is good all the time and all the time God is good.

Meida gathered the family together and Ramon asked if we could go get his wife at the church.  She got left up there after the women's conference.  Well Tino arrives back with at least eight or so women who wanted to come and participate in their sister in Christ home dedication.  When Pastor Randy shared from Psalm 118:23 all those women were looking it up in their Bibles following along with every word.  They had brought their Bibles with them to the home dedication.  So as we all gathered around David Bessy and Rico Pastor Randy read from God's Word.  He shared this home was built by God and for God's kingdom work.  He encouraged this young couple to open this home up to all who come around and share how you got this home.  Yes North Americans came to help you build your home but why did they come?  They came because they love Jesus and Jesus sent them here to serve HIM by working beside you this week.  Pastor Randy then asked if anyone had anything to they wanted to say.  David spoke up immediately thanking God first for this home then the North Americans and mostly Pastor Ramon who is always there for his family.  Karen represented the team and thanked them for allowing us to be here this week and thanked them for their hospitality each and every day they showed up.  The chairs to sit in and the delicious food to eat and the table to sit our bags and stuff on.  Your generosity was appreciated so much.

Pastor Randy asked Pastor Ramon to pray over the home and that is just what he did.  He praised the Lord with all his heart soul and mind. He glorified God with his entire being.  How humbling it was to hear such godly words from such a godly man who Mike and I love very dearly. After the prayer Pastor Randy presented them with their bible and key to their new home.  As you can see "Casa de Mi" entered her new home first.  All week long Rocio was saying this is my house, this is my house.  Everyone chuckled and shared with her yes it is.  What a joy to see this little lady walk inside her new home.  Praise God for a job well done good and faithful servants!!!!
