God has truly blessed Monte de Horeb Ministries with our newest addition, O'Neal. He is married with one beautiful daughter named Jessica. She loves her daddy so much as she would come up to the project occasionally to check on her daddy. The first day we arrived the entire project was like a well greased machine. He had certain men mixing the mescal. He had men helping Pastor Carlos with the fence line. There were a few men up on the roof with him tearing down the roof. The people of this community respect him and his authority. As the first day came and went I felt something a little unsettling, like something was missing. Then it hit me, I truly did not feel Jesus was in this place. And sure enough Pastor Carlos felt the same way as I did. But unknowingly to me he felt the same way. You see O'Neal is a very good man. He is a phenomenal mayor for his community but not only does O'Neal not know the Lord Jesus Christ the entire community does not know who Jesus Christ is either.
Immediately I started praying for this community and the lost souls and the Harvest which is plentiful.
