Generous Youth Group and Church Family

Each year this team throughout the year has Honduras close to their hearts.  They collect items for baby bags and hygiene kits.  They get the entire church involved in their efforts.  One lady, Patricia Teague heads up the baby bags and gets help from other ladies in the church who make the blankets.  The Harvest Ladies does a lot to help with both projects and GA's love putting these items together along with the youth group.  In saying all this they brought 400 baby bags which will supply the hospital for two months and they brought 300 hygiene kits which stocks three schools.  We are so grateful for this hard work and dedication to helping our friends here in Honduras.
We want to especially thank Pastor Bryan who so graciously with the help of Bryan, Caleb and Chris load up the bags on the back of the truck for Mike and I to deliver the week while they were here.  The back of the truck was packed full of white bags full of a lot of blessings which sometimes we take for granted.  We stopped at the first school where we give the bags to the teachers and they distribute at a later time.  But the children screamed with joy to see the truck pull into the school grounds.  Would we get this excite about a toothbrush, toothpaste, wash cloth and soap.  This brought some strong tears my way which I had to suck back in and put on a huge smile.  They always say Gracias, mucho gracias every time we deliver these items. We try to deliver these items once a quarter if possible. Thank you all for all the hard work put into these two ministry projects here in Honduras.

Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
2 Corinthians 9:7

Give generously to them and do so without a grudging heart; then because of this the LORD your God will bless you in all your work and in everything you put your hand to.
