At the beginning of the week the team requested "lizard soup". So lizard soup it was. Edwin, Alba's husband found us four up in the mountains. Alba so graciously made us a huge pot of it and these young people enjoyed every last morsel of soup. There was a little left for the three amigos for lunch on Sunday. Mike and I enjoyed watching these folks eating their last dinner in the multi-purpose building. Thank you Alba for making this special treat along with fresh tortillas daily and fresh squeezed lemonade. Each meal this week has been so delicious. The team loves their Honduran cuisine.
