Dr. John has come in the past but this time he brought his lovely and servant wife, Sylvia. They worked side by side and they worked separately. Wherever God needed them they were there. Sylvia came along to assist Shea in the cleaning of the instruments. But Sylvia was available to go wherever she was needed. She helped repair a dental chair one day and cleaned a table for Susan, dental hygienist as she was preparing and prepping her station. Sylvia was there as needed. Dr. John was always there at the end of each day to share with Mike and I about their day. He words were always full of positive comments and enthusiasm for the service they provided others. We were blessed with this lovely couple this week. Thank you Sylvia for allowing God to use you along side your husband, Dr. John this week.
Dawana came two years ago and we just fell in love with her enthusiasm and her love for the Lord. She radiates any room she enters. God double blessed us this week with her daughter Shea who was a great help in cleaning the instruments. Shea shared coming down the road from Tegus on the day of arrival she did not do blood. Well by the end of the week she was a professional at this and did not think twice about the blood that crossed her path. She also was able to assist Dr. Henry one day which made her mama so proud of her. This mother and daughter team was a huge blessing on this team. Thank you ladies for being obedient to God's calling to come and serve. As Dawana shared in her devotion one morning, God calls the unqualified to come and serve Him. He wants all our imperfections so He can make us into what He wants us to be. What an amazing week with these two ladies.
