Each morning the ladies went up to the multipurpose building to prepare a yummy breakfast for their team members. As you can see they did it with joy in their hearts. There was eggs and bacon at each meal along with some delicous pancakes. There was balaedas one morning, breakfast casserole on Sunday and a special dish made my our new team member Charity. The kitchen crew consisted of daily Bette, team leader, Lynn and Danielle. Others who came a morning to do a special dish was Lisa, Charity, Annika, Addison and Karen.
After breakfast the sandwich crew went to work making their team members peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. This is the first team in our time here who only had peanut butter and jelly. What an easy team. No special orders or have it your way kind of thing. Well done lunch crew, Tyler, Charity and Jessica. While sandwiches are being made the Gatorade and water crew are on the back porch preparing their team with their liquid nutrition for the day. Thank you to Danielle, Lisa, Bette and Kaylie.
Outside at the bodega the three gentlemen on the team loaded the truck. Thank you to Rick, Tyler and Josh for working hard each morning before breakfast was served to get the truck ready to go out to the project. Rick drove up to the multipurpose building to pick up the lunches and water coolers for the day.
It truly takes everyone on board to get each day here on Mt. Horeb up and running. This team was a well greased machine as team leader Bette shared one night during the devotionals.
Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.
