We headed out the ministry campus and went up to the right passing by all of Rudy, Wuilmer and Ardriane's corn planted on the ministry campus. We were able to see the huge Prayer Rock each and every morning and afternoon as we made our way up a long rocky, bumpy slippery somewhat of a road. Actually there was some parts we question if it was a road or not. The bus was not used during this project because of the rough terrain the team traveled daily. On the last evening during Taylor's devotional I will miss our friends in Tapitoca but not their road. Everyone chuckled as they all agreed it was a rather rough ride on a daily basis. The ladies rode in the back of the Land Cruiser as Pastor Larry trudged up the mountains with Jose following closely behind him. What a beautiful ride they all experienced after getting beyond the bumps. God's creation was all around them with numerous rolling mountains and one little peak of a mountain they soon come to know about, Los Uvas. This is the mountain Pastor Carlos goes to at least two to three times a week to shepherd his flock. All in all this team had an amazing journey daily taking in all of God's glory and beauty.
I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them.
