Lynn and Tyler got to bring two special people in their lives to Honduras this year. We want to welcome Donna and her son, Dalton. Lynn and Donna worked great beside each other but I believe these two ladies were more proud of the hard work their two sons produced this week but even more how they enjoyed the children as well. The children loved Tyler and Dalton so much this week and they loved them as well. It was great for these two families to come together to serve their Lord together and do it in such perfect harmony. This will be a memory they will cherish for a very long time. They learned what true family was all about this week by working beside their Honduran families. They shared what true joy is in not what you have but who you spend it with and share it with. Donna shared some things are just not eternal and her friend Lynn totally agrees. Dalton shared one evening in devotions how they served him a beautiful plate for lunch along side Tyler too. But what he took away from that plate of food was this could have been another meal for them later in the week. They sacrificed their all for us and that was humbling said Dalton. They are taking away a lot of awesome life changing experiences for their lives. One is to always to take what you want to eat and finish what you take because out there somewhere there is someone who is hungry. They learned about a sense of community and how important it is and how everyone worked together as a community with joy in their hearts. Thank you God for allowing these two families to come together in your name and take away so much more than they brought with them.
