Baladas


This is one of our teams who learned to love Honduran cuisine early on in their week.  Each morning Ingrid cooked tortillas and they wanted to add tortillas to their breakfast menu.  Mike and I bought balada shells for their breakfast with Baladas but one evening we were discussing how many we bought and found out we did not have enough for this team who loves Honduran cooking.  So we figured we needed 20 more balada shells so we asked Ingrid to cook up 20 and we would let the Honduran staff have the homemade shells and the North Americans would eat the store bought shells.  Well Fernando came back Sunday morning, Ingrid's day off with 80 balada shells for our breakfast.  Ingrid got up at 6 to prepare these homemade shells for us.  How humbled and blessed everyone was to receive such a wonderful blessing from wonderful and lovely lady, Ingrid.  We all enjoyed our Honduran breakfast.
