The Children

 

Everyone who comes to Honduras falls in love with these huge brown eyes and huge smiles.  These children are so blessed to have such joy in their lives.  They exhibit their joy daily in their work, their play and just being them.  They teach us so much about who Jesus truly is in their lives as He should be in our lives.  They can take the simplest things in life and they will become huge to us.  Thank you little ones for teaching us so many lessons about life.  They are truly respectful for the most part.  They sit in church on Sunday as Pastor Randy brought the message and listened intently to every word.  They can give you the best hug ever found anywhere.  They hug you to it hurts, George, one of the team members shared during devotions.  Annika shared how they kept giving her their art work.  She had shared some of her art work with them.  So they created some for her as well.  She and many of us were impressed of the many talented young people lived in one community.  They gave this group so much this week which will stay with them for a very long time.
