Justin's Job Duties

As interns we require them to actively share in the responsibilities of each team and the ministry campus.  Justin was given a contract of what was expected of him prior to coming and serving beside us and yes he still came to serve.  The contract did not scare him off and he worked with each team in many different capacities to help them get their jobs completed.  Some of his responsibilities was helping load the Kia daily for each team.  He also made sure the team had all they needed in the North American Dorm.  He kept the teams in fresh water and toilet paper as needed.  After the teams would leave which helped me so much especially when teams were coming back to back was organizing the two dorm rooms so Martha could clean them and get ready for the next team coming through.  He also assisted the new team members in the construction aspect.  He would show them how to lay block Honduran style and make sure there was just enough mortar on the surface where the block was to be laid.  He was very good at enforcing the rules for the ministry when he saw the need to which helped us as well.  He was very respectful of the rules and how to carry them out for the better of the ministry here at Mt. Horeb.  Justin wore many hats while here serving.  I heard he was an excellent tour guide and obviously had done his homework about the country of Honduras.  This was impressive to say the least when he could answer random questions the teams would have and answered them very confidently,  Great Job Justin.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters,
