The team gathered around one of the cornerstones to pray over the first block. Pastor Brian asked John Scott would it open the construction time up with prayer. John Scott lifted up the week this home to the Lord. He prayed this home would be one which would glorify the Lord in all it does on a daily basis. Jesus would radiate from this home as others pass along in front of it. The community would know Jesus is amongst them here. Everyone was gathered around the family hand on others as we began the week of what would be one of unity in the name of Jesus.
Haven't you read this passage of Scripture: "'The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone;
the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes'?"
