We had way too much fun each and every day on the front porch of the pulperia and gift shop. We are so blessed to have this facility and to utilize it in so many different ways. Our interns Justin and Tyler have helped run it for me this summer. The young people gathered around to chat and learn more about each other. Once again there is not any technology so they have to depend on their lips for communication. This could be a new concept to a lot of folks but not to these guys. They also found another special time of entertainment, toy tops. The children introduced this toy which I grew up playing with to our young people. I went and purchased ten of them the next day after God moments that night. That is all we heard was the toy top and how they were having so much fun playing with them. I sold nine of the toy tops the next day and all of them were having fun teaching each other how to play with a toy top. Moses was really good as well as Alexia and Manuel and Wuilmer. Justin got really good at it first and then everyone else followed suit. Who would of thought a $3 toy top would have been so much fun. This was another tool of building relationships this week, not just with the Hondurans but with each other as well.
